Pulumi Community

I have somehow managed to get two stacks to think that they have the same name. When I try and run `pulumi up` in one of them it says the name from Pulumi.yaml doesn't match the stack's project name. If I rename it to match then the other one has the problem. Where is this information stored? Something must be referring back to this directory which seems strange.
