How does the Azure Native provider code override the sdk generation so that given the name `azure-native` it generates a dotnet project sdk called `Pulumi.AzureNative` instead of `Pulumi.Azure-native`?

Thought it might be in the `schema.json` but doesn't appear to be...

It is in the schema.json, right at the end under `language.csharp.namespaces`
