If you want to meet other Pulumi users to share use-cases and best practices, contribute code or documentation, see us at an event, or just tell a story about something cool you did with Pulumi, you are part of our community.

Pulumi Community

If you click on your name in the upper left (next to the Pulumi logo), you should see a pull down menu with the option of adding an organization. This will take you through the steps to add a team account.

(I'd looked under billing, but it kinda makes sense that you can upgrade only once you form an organization)
