Hi, how can I create Pulumi access tokens for continuous delivery that are not tied to a particular person? I'd like their scope to be limited to a particular project within the organization

I don't think that's possible but would be nice if it was.

For now you have to burn a seat on a bot user

This is not possible today, but something we’ll likely do before the end of the year, since it’s commonly requested. To @millions-furniture-75402’s point on seats, you might consider the new Team Edition (that’s priced by Pulumi Credits, rather than by seat) if the pricing makes sense for you; the new edition eliminates the “burn a seat” concern for bot users.
