Have big issues trying to build AWS with WAFv2 with Go. When doing a `pulumi up` it just sits there on either the preview (or live if skipping the preview) and does nothing. I'm using the latest cli version, 3.21.0.

I've tried it on my Windows 10 work device and my own Macbook pro. Just sits doing nothing and taking load of memory!
