Hello everyone,
I'm trying to run pulumi on a self-managed backend. I'm trying to do this on a digitalocean space.
Is this possible?

I've managed my space with s3cmd
I've tried logging in with `pulumi login -c url`
I either can't login or I get following error using `pulumi stack import --file filename` : error: failed to load checkpoint: blob (key ".pulumi/stacks/staging.json") (code=Unknown): MissingRegion: could not find region configuration

Some help would be hugely appreciated, I'm in big need of sharing states between 2-3 persons.
