A bit about the company: Ieso Digital Health is a leader in online mental health provision in the UK. We work closely with the UK National Health Service to increase access to Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) for patients suffering from anxiety, depression, PTSD, and more. Our diverse Engineering team is migrating our legacy platform to a new user experience and modern technology stack, and developing new Digital Products to support patients through their course of therapy. Being better than we are now is in our DNA. Our Lab is responsible for analysing the (anonymised) interactions between patients and therapists to draw insights that advance the practice of CBT. The Engineering team has strong support from our Engineering Manager for self- and professional development, including 10% time for supplementary projects, and hackathons (pre-COVID). The quality of our software is an important aspect of the product and is non-negotiable The role: Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) You will work closely with our Senior Site Reliability Engineer to support the development teams in understanding and realising the Agile principles of early and continuous delivery of valuable software, and delivering working software frequently. Our Senior SRE has a strong Ops background with experience of supporting the software development process; our ideal candidate will have a strong software development background with a keen interest in infrastructure, automation, telemetry. If a true development + operations role appeals to you, get in touch! Technology stacks: Our platform and products run on Azure. Our technology stacks are .NET Core 3.x for on the backend, and Typescript and React for front-end applications. We deploy our systems using Azure Pipelines, and use Pulumi and Typescript to manage our cloud-based infrastructure. Many of our services are deployed as Docker containers running on Azure Kubernetes Service, with some operated as serverless Azure Functions.
