Sorry for the delay.

Given that we don't currently have a CLA process, it will be important that we have copyright on any new files that are contributed so that we continue to be able to distribute and release all of the code.  So for now, we'd like all new files to have the `Copyright 2016-2018, Pulumi Corporation` banner.
