FWIW, I am finally creating a set of materials on how we can enable this to be smoother

so I will cut a 1.0 and add the docs tomorrow morning UK time

I just made pulumi an owner instead of maintainer for the pypi repo.

No problem, let me know if there’s anything else, but I think that’s the only non-namespaced repo.
