What is the Terraform Module Equivalent in Pulumi? Is there a registry

That'd be <https://www.pulumi.com/docs/iac/concepts/components/|components>. And yep, a <https://www.pulumi.com/docs/idp/concepts/private-registry/|private registry> is available in Pulumi Cloud.

Are there examples that I can look at? Is the Private registry only available to Pulumi cloud customers?

Private registries are also available for paid customers. And you can publish component resources to your language registry (npmjs or equivalent) even as a non-paying user.

Thanks, are there any modules for s3 or EC2? I see there is an example for S3 replication bucket.
