policy as code, is it paid feature? also is it available for go and c#?

is go/c# in pipeline as currently using ts as main lang due to policy as code being available but ts runtime taking too much memory and slow as well!

I'm not sure where these are on the roadmap. I can't even find github issues for them so feel free to raise one asking for it.
