Using the DotNet SDK for Pulumi AWS Crosswalk and getting this on Windows.
It appears that Pulumi is expecting an `.exe` but the executable that is getting shipped is has a `.cmd` extension.

Somewhat related, if I attempt to install the crosswalk plugin on *nix I get

/usr/bin/env: 'bash\r': No such file or directory
