Are you developing in the initial version in-house, before taking it public, or will it be public from day one?

we might do an internal prototype to validate the general approach, it is very early stage

I see, I'm excited to see what you come up with, if our project progresses, we'll be using Pulumi and I'd love to use a native Scala version over the Java version.
We'll hopefully be able to contribute as well, down the line!
