Hi Team,

Am testing python automation api with AWS and getting below error
```stderr: error: passphrase must be set with PULUMI_CONFIG_PASSPHRASE or PULUMI_CONFIG_PASSPHRASE_FILE environment variables

can someone pls help me where to set this```

Follow the instructions and set the environment variables 

am able to create the resource using pulumi up

You just need to set the PULUMI_CONFIG_PASSPHRASE environment variable
