for python3.7 and it get stuck for a long time. how can I install it anyway?

hi @curved-toddler-79704 can you give me a bit more information? are you getting an error? or it just hangs forever?

I'm having a similar issue right now. Plugin downloads are taking extremely long time to download. E.g. 30 minutes for a 37mb file
