Hi all, I'm attempting the Easy LangServe Apps with Pulumi on AWS example. When I do a
pulumi up
I get the following error, not sure how to troubleshoot/fix. Any ideas?

What happens when you do that step manually? Can you build an image with that Dockerfile, and does it install poetry correctly?

@many-telephone-49025 any idea?

Hey @little-cartoon-10569, thanks for the feedback. I run it again on my system (MacOS and Docker Desktop) and it worked fine (see screenshot). I had googled your error description and found folks stating that using:
Copy code
export DOCKER_BUILDKIT=0
export COMPOSE_DOCKER_CLI_BUILD=0
Helped. Or setting:
Copy code
{
  "builder": {
    "gc": {
      "defaultKeepStorage": "20GB",
      "enabled": true
    }
  },
  "experimental": false,
  "features": {
    "buildkit": false
  }
}
But this assumes you are using Docker Desktop. (source: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/64221861/an-error-failed-to-solve-with-frontend-dockerfile-v0)
Let me know if that helped to solve the issue? On an other note: The example used the region
eu-central-1
as default. If you going to use a different region, please remove the string
eu-central-1
with the region of your choice! I will mark this in the README.md
@delightful-salesclerk-16161: made this PR regarding the improved region handling: https://github.com/pulumi/examples/pull/1639

At @many-telephone-49025 Thank you!! I added this to my .zshrc file
Copy code
export DOCKER_BUILDKIT=0
export COMPOSE_DOCKER_CLI_BUILD=0
And
pulumi  up
worked perfectly. Also, I had to change my region, so your PR will be helpful for others. Thanks again all!
