We have sporadically run office hours. But we haven't been consistent about it.

Nope, different session. The community meeting is about contributing to Pulumi. However, we do have a couple different office hour events from the Ask Pulumi livestream to standard office hours. At the moment, I believe there aren't any scheduled due to holidays and events, but let me check.
